Batteries vary in internal resistance and voltage even within the same brand and model. Combining them in series or parallel creates imbalances that lead to inefficiency, overheating, and in some cases fire — especially when batteries of different ages are mixed.

We recommend purchasing a larger-capacity battery or simply swapping batteries instead.

Terrafirma Technology, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Products made with flame-retardant or SLS nylon materials are covered for two (2) years from the original invoice date. The customer is responsible for return shipping to Terrafirma Technology. Terrafirma Technology covers shipping on any approved replacement or repaired product sent back to the customer.

During the warranty period, the manufacturer agrees, at its option, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal or comparable value in exchange without charge for the repair or replacement itself (return shipping, handling, packing, and insurance are the customer's responsibility). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by the model number on the original dated sales receipt or order confirmation.

The Company makes no express warranty or condition, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by local law in jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply.

For consumer transactions, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify — but are in addition to — the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this product.

Warranty claims for products purchased directly from Terrafirma Technology may be submitted to us directly. Products purchased through authorized retailers must be submitted through the retailer of purchase. Terrafirma Technology reserves the right to verify product authenticity before processing any warranty claim. Please retain invoices for a minimum of two years for warranty purposes.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover: (1) damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or use beyond the electrical or mechanical specifications published on the product listing; (2) disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repair; (3) exposure to moisture, corrosive environments, or conditions outside the product's rated operating range; (4) normal wear and tear; (5) damage resulting from improper installation or incompatible connections — no product instructions are provided; these products are application-specific and it is the purchaser's sole responsibility to understand the application, verify compatibility, and operate the product safely; do not purchase this product without a thorough understanding of its intended use; (6) cosmetic damage that does not affect function; or (7) products not purchased directly from Terrafirma Technology or an authorized retailer. The Company's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. In no event shall Terrafirma Technology be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, fire, or personal injury, arising from misuse, improper installation, or use beyond the product's rated specifications.

CLAIM PROCEDURES:* Claims for defective merchandise must be made within the applicable warranty period from the invoice date (one year for standard products; two years for flame-retardant or SLS nylon products).* Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days of receiving the merchandise.* Defective merchandise returns must be packed in the original packaging.* We reserve the right to require that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field.* Photos are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.* If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired, replaced, or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
